Key point don't dis the abuser to the target.

Stay a supportive friend/family as the target is abused as that is the only way you can stay in the targets life. Hopefully target will see the abuse and finally leave the abuser. You will be there to help the target(your friend/family) pick up the pieces.

Exactly what you need to understand abusive people

This is a must-read for anyone who has survived a cluster B personality type especially after abuse or and anyone that has gone through child abuse. love the use of real case studies and how the author presents the material. Compliments the YouTube video series nicely. Very grateful for this book

Great read

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is having a hard time with their loved one who they can see is in a toxic relationship. With tears in my eyes I have a much better understanding of these abusers, how they pick their targets and things you can do to help keep healthy boundaries but yet keep the door unlocked. Great read Thank you Kris!

Great insight

Great insight about abusive relationships and how the dreadful cycle is kept in play. It’s hard to see the abuse sometimes when you are in such a relationship but this book will surely open ones eyes to what and how it can happen. Excellent resource.

Very insightful

Enjoyed the humor, cohesiveness and insight of the book. Goes over terms that were almost unknown to me yet, when comparing it to behaviors I have seen, Male so much sense. Can't wait for the next book.
