Always so many golden nuggets

I loved this book so much and it met me where I was in my spiritual journey. I have things to work on but this book brought awareness to me and I hope to get back on track and more aligned with spirit. There are a few chapters (5 and 6) I want to re-listen to and the meditations as well.
