Great start for a new series!
I really liked this book, the plot, storyline, and characters. This author is new to me, but so far a great beginning to a series. I'm looking forward to the next 3 books❤👍

Pretty good story
I thought the overall story was really good. However, I don't really like the person reading. For whatever reason she makes me wish I would have gotten it to read instead. I also wish they would have found a guy for Ambrose. The author did well with the interaction between the characters. I genuinely laughed out loud a few times.

A very underwhelming story
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I found the story under developed and underwhelming. Maybe it was just the reader, who was monotone at times, and almost boring. I never leave bad reviews, but this was overall disappointing.
