Probably my 4th or 5h to listen/read of Eckhart’s. I love his pausing between some pieces to give time to process.

If you get it its amazing , if you don't k÷eep reading, over and over.

There is a mental virus called ego, which makes us suffer.

There is a way to dissolve the ego by allowing the presence to manifest. Allowing the presence to manifest is the end of suffering.

Suffering, pain, and problems can…

…be opportunities for growth, development, and transformation. This life at this time appears to be providing us with many challenges. Eckhart provides wisdom for guiding us in the impending chaos that lies before us. And the key for survival and thriving is our state of consciousness and being.

Very practical

Great listen, like other Eckhart teachings it is very practical. I listen during my morning and evening commute. Helps a lot with work stress. Thanks Eckhart and team!

Choppy audio from some Zoom sessions

Grateful for Eckhart Tolle and this is a solid freeform reiteration of his core ideas. But the recording is atrocious -- it's just a bunch of Zoom sessions from during the pandemic. Have to say it's pretty cheeky and a tad predatory for Sounds True and Audible to package this up and sell it for $35.
