Charming and Romantic

Sophia & Hugh deserved this happy ending and although years passed before their love could come to fruition love that waits is the best there is. As the saying goes, 'Absence makes the heart grow fonder.' I was very excited to read Sophia's story after realizing she needed one while reading Prudences story. I am so happy that Knave took the initiative to find Hugh and bring the pair together.

The only one of the series that made me cry

And several times. Don’t miss this one, so sweet and so good to wrap all the stories up.

Beautiful Sweet Romance

I love a sweet telling of two individuals who find a way to be together and beat the odds. I love a great story and this one kept me listening.

Love conquers!

I loved this book and loved all the characters. The author does such a great job weaving in all the series characters. I highly recommend reading this series and the author’s other works. So talented.

Great series.

This is a great series. You can recommend it to anyone as it doesn’t have any illicit sexual content, which I really appreciate. Enjoy Listening to the narrator. Of the books this is my least favorite, however it is still a good story. All in all a great series.

Fun light read

This can be a stand alone book, but follows My Sister's Intended. The story follows Sophia and her romantic journey, but she's living with Prudence. It's a light, fun, and clean romance. I found it enjoyable.

Not my favorite from Rachael Anderson

I always love this author’s clean historical novels. However, this one was my least favorite. It was mostly slow and boring, and the main characters were dull with not much chemistry. I still listened to the whole thing...the ending was sweet.

Fine

I appreciate clean romances, though this one was a bit more tedious than it needed to be. It’s filled with Sophia’s internal thoughts, lots of repetition, and the simple plot of which man will she chose at a house party—with a few flashbacks that I fast forwarded through. Though it also does a lot of over-explaining (underestimating the reader’s intelligence), it was good enough for an evening’s entertainment while I did a task.
