This book can make your life better
So enjoyable to listen to! There’s so much information in here that is so incredibly helpful & educational. I loved it so much, I listened to it twice and then ordered the hard cover for references
I also ordered a copy for my sister in law. It’s a great present for anyone who cares about their health, appearance and well being
