Best book on Aminos and well being!!

This is not just a book about protein, it’s a major step to better health and the way to get there.I wish I had a doctor like Dr.David Minkoff, the many examples in the book on his way to solving health issues should be mainstream

So interesting!!!

As a person who's tried every diet, as well as dealt with several unidentifiable health issues, this book was such an absolute eye opener!! I think it can help me make better choices with my own nutrition as well as find the correct ways to combat soreness and fatigue as well as weight loss while incorporating working out. I am so excited to try Perfect Amino and will be referencing this book for years, as well as referring others to it!

One of the best nutrition books written

I've been in fitness, nutrition and supplementation industry for 25 years and this is one of the best books that I've ever read regarding protein and protein utilization and overall disease prevention and wellness. The bodybuilding and supplement industries have brainwashed us into believing that whey protein, egg white protein, collagen and branch chain amino acids are the best which according to Dr minkof is incorrect. I just started using perfect amino and have already recommended it to some of my clients. I'm very interested in trying his perfect amino power protein. One of the things in the book that really stood out for me was that branch chain amino acids or any protein that is not complete in the essential ate aminos will get converted to fuel, sugar or even fat if it's not burned as fuel. Dr mimkhoff said that Branch chain amino acids is basically like taking sugar. I believe perfect aminos is a game changer when it comes to anybody who's following a vegan diet, a low protein diet or doing a detoxification or a fast because the body will utilize its own proteins and you will lose muscle mass which is the opposite of what you want to do. I'm looking forward to any additional products and information that Dr minkoff puts out.
I have listened to hundreds of audio books and this is the best audiobook format because the announcer did a great job reading Dr minkof's information but he also interviewed Dr minkoff and they put it in the book which is the best format that I've ever heard for an audiobook.

Enlightening Information

This book transformed my thoughts on food and modern medicine. This book has opened my eyes to the necessity of healthy diet, the amazing ability of the body to rejuvenate and the necessity of supplements to help it. If you are looking for information on how our bodies work, on how to live a longer and healthier life or how to possibly overcome health issues without being chained to prescription medications, this book is worth the read!

Indeed The Perfect Protein

From my role as a Human Potential Coach and Nutritionist, a health seeker and a father, I could say without remorse this book must be read by everyone if they want to truly understand the role of proteins in our health. Dr Minkoff did a superb job into digesting the science into laymen terms. Once we all understand protein is not evil as it is not fat, but our own unavailability to digest and absorb protein that creates the problems for which we blame protein for. most importantly addresses the solution for the downspiral, a solution that will fit into any nutritional way of living, from paleo to vegan, from fasting days to hard training days.
