I’m so excited that this series has made it to audio! I love these books. The narration is perfect! Can’t wait for the whole series to come out!

Awesome Story

This story pulls you in from the very first chapter and it’s hard to put it down.

Great start and I’m intrigued!

This series has been sitting in my library and I’m excited to start listening. “The Risk” is a suspenseful, thrilling and amazing start to the “Mindf**k” series.

I love synopsis for this whole story. The woman is out there taking vengeance on people that have wronged her and a man who’s the good guy FBI agent out there taking the bad guys down in the legal way. Since it’s the first book of five, this is all about setting the scene for Lana and Logan. The profiler not knowing he’s actually got the one he’s looking for is literally in his bed. Lana isn’t one of the bad guys, she takes care of the bad guys. There’s snippets of her history and I’m invested. I can’t wait for the next book.

Marie Hawkins and TJ Clark are new to me narrators and I’ve enjoyed listening to them bring Lana and Logan to life. They have both done a great job and I’m excited to continue with them narrating the rest of the series.

Brilliant!

I loved reading this series years back and jumped at the opportunity to own it in audiobook format.

This is a well done dual performance from both narrators. They enhance the story and bring it to life.

Highly recommended.

The Risk - Lana and Logan

This is the first book in the Mindf*ck series. The series name is fitting for these books. Lana is a k!ller, but with good reason. You tend to root for her to k!ll all of the men who wronged her when she was younger. They were horrible and she really does give them what they deserve. Logan is FBI and looking for the k!ller, not knowing he is sleeping with her. Based on what she does to them, they think they are looking for a man. Both Lana and Logan are kind of profiling each other. Marie Hawkins and TJ Clark did a great job with the narration.

I have been waiting!

Wow! I have been waiting for my favorite series to come to audible. It is brilliant. The narrators are perfect. Overall five stars.

Love!!

A twist early on that I wasn’t quite expecting, but I also quickly skimmed over the description. I love the characters and the dialogue! I also LOVE the twist and am secretly hoping the agent remains blind.

Interesting!

Very interesting premise with a lot of twists, turns, secrets, and hidden motivations. The series is broken into bite sized chunks so you feel like it’s over before it really got started and you need to buy the next installment

What happens when a FBI agent and a killer fall in love??

The two least likely people who should be getting together, a FBI agent and a killer, but that’s what happens when Logan sees Lana in a coffee shop. He is smitten from the start. They have an undeniable connection, and even though she knows he’s the last person she should be getting involved with, she can’t help but fall into the chemistry. Logan is working on a case about a serial killer, and Lana is working on her revenge list. Her brother was no longer alive and she was brutally assaulted. This book does end on a cliffhanger, but on to the next to find out what happens!

Lana has balls!

She really wants revenge on her rapists and she gets it! She toes the l8ne when it comes to her personal and not so personal relationships.
