Publisher's summary

Any half-awake materialist well knows - that which you hold holds you.” (Tom Robbins, 1936).

Most of us live our lives to accumulate. We want more, more, and more! We gather experiences, yes, but we also hoard objects and collect representations of luxury. We believe that we deserve it all.

Nobody is telling you that you don’t deserve it. You deserve to embrace the emotions that come with achieving a goal. What you should realize, however, is that rewards do not always come as a tangible thing.

With minimalism, you feel the freedom of not being owned by the things you own. You get rid of the cluttered mess formed by piling up everything without evaluating their purpose in your life.

Pursuit of Less helps you see the path more clearly. It makes use of the concept of minimalism to let you focus on what matters.

This audiobook will help you:

  • Understand that living with less is not a loss
  • Know that sometimes, we have to let go to gain more
  • Identify minimalism as a weapon against materialism and consumerism, and vice versa
  • Know how to set your goals and create a plan
  • In reevaluating your life
  • Choose quality over quantity
  • Navigate minimalism while exposed to social media

If you are ready to take on a challenging but rewarding journey towards holding close only the things that matter, get this audiobook. Find out how your pursuit of less can lead to a life of more.

Good Book

Gives good advice and encouragement to live a fulfilling life with a minimalistic lifestyle. It doesn't make it seem like a life of minimalism is a life with nothing but a life of fewer things but things, people and events with greater meaning. I enjoyed this book.
