I will listen again
This book is full of growth opportunities for me. Ian using the Audible version as a guide to the hardback version that was gifted to me and I can see myself referencing it often. I’ve tagged several pages and made notes in the hard copy. I love the lists for reference and the boxes containing coachable moments. This is a very helpful book!

Exec must read - game changer
Content and examples were novel. At least to me. Someone who is hitting executive level for first time. What stuck is what got me here is not what I need to keep doing. My mentor, a long time fortune 50 company CISO, recommended this. Listen often for refreshers.
