I think this is one of those books best in print. It’s full of great information, but it’s too hard to keep track of it all in this format. I’m going to get the book in print and try again.

perfect starter for elimination inflammation diet

I'm totally into this book. I learned a lot and it was very easy to read and will be easy to follow. would be nice if there was an additional recipe book and meal plan

Informative

This book was really informative on specific things you can do to reduce inflammation. I didn’t feel like it was preachy on demonizing food (outside of a couple of sentences in the last chapter).

audio version but no pdf=useless

I really enjoyed the content, until I realized that the audio copy did not come with pdf that the author keeps on referring back to in the book. I could not take the test, get toolboxes, etc n. too bad, I really liked the book

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Regardless of your health issue, Dr. Cole makes a persuasive case, that you can benefit from reducing your inflammation. Dr. Cole gives simple (but not easy) directions to conduct an elimination diet to determine what foods may and may not be right for you.

He touches on lifestyle issues such as exercise, stress and sleep but is not prescriptive in these areas. To me this does not detract from this book. Dr. Cole focuses on the main source of inflammation in the West and that is diet.

I normally like hearing from the author. While Dr. Cole's read was not terrible, you could tell he was uncomfortable and a bit stilted. I had to listen to it at 1.5 speed just so it would annoy me less. I would not let you deter this from getting the audio book. However, if Dr. Cole happens to read this - please get a professional for your next book. I would rather hear from the author if the author can pull it off, this was not the case here.
