We’ll captured

I really loved this book. It went into detail on some of the things about imposter syndrome that we feel and our response mechanisms which were so true. I appreciated the advice on ways to deal with it, very practical. I anticipate to re-listen to many of these chapters as I continue to deal with issues around imposter syndrome.

Great book with amazing voice performance

Came for the material, stay for the narrator. Such great content performed amazingly by such a great voice that is calm and peaceful. Lots of insights on life changing frameworks to help us from downplaying achievements and overanalyzing mistakes. I found particularly interesting the section on the Dunning–Kruger effect. Overall, great book. Would recommend.

Don't suffer in silence

This is the best book I've read/listened to on this subject! My anxiety levels dropped instantly and tremendously by the time I was in chapter 6. This practical, clinical tool can support you on the journey. I highly suggest this book as a gift to yourself or anyone you suspect might need it.

Helpful and well written.

The first step of tackling any problem is awareness of the problem. This book help may be aware of my weaknesses in my susceptibility is imposter syndrome. It’s not a cure all in a week or two of the exercises and thought process super valuable going forward.

Very Powerful Insight!

The first night I listened to this I played the first chapter for my mom and niece. I told them, this was me and asked them to just listen for 10 minutes so because I thought it might help them understand me. I watched both their heads sink as they found themselves in this book too. I was insecure my whole life. It did help me build a great business and nearly destroyed my marriage. It freeing to be able to acknowledge it and let it go.
