Completely unhelpful

I had high expectations for this book from reading the comments but it is extremely superficial. This is not helpful at all for someone that is already informs about HSP. It is also in parts extremely esoteric talking about chakras and imagining angels to calm.

Sub par Narrator

I feel the insight and tone of the book was lost on the monotone, substance lacking narrator’s voice.
It often felt like I was listening to a text book on metallurgy vs. a book about emotions and high sensitivity.
Now I need to just buy the book, so I garner all the rich lessons it holds.
Whoever chose this narrator- EPIC FAIL! You owe the author an apology!

fascinating - presented clearly too

I've never read a book about personality, self help, whatever that so clearly described the way I have experienced life. Maybe one day we'll have a greater appreciation and acceptance of how we can be "wired" so differently, as we accept differences in other areas of medicine & health.
