Generally like this author and heard her on the radio talking about this book and was excited to listen. This is just mush - nothing really of any significance here- disappointed.

Well, written, and easily executable

Each chapter lays out a problem, a solution and gives you a homework assignment. The combination will work if you put in the time and effort. I personally, I am very glad I found this book.
