good info but drawn out.

with the average person, it was hard to finish. if you are a science major then you would have more interest. some good thoughts were shared.

Clear examples.

Gives specific examples of how. To make anxiety useful. I don’ think all is useful or even doable. For everyone but I think everyone will find some benefit. Overall i thought it helpful.

Buy the book.

Buy the book. That way, you can skip over the copious anecdotes and repetitive reminders to sleep, eat right, and exercise. This 8+ hour audiobook would be a 45 minute read.
