Lifestyle investor is life changing!
This book is a game changer. As an experienced real estate investor I thought I knew a lot about creating financial freedom through passive investing.
This book changed my perspective - I realized that I can achieve financial freedom sooner than I had ever imagined by focusing on investments that provide cash flow. I had always focused on equity plays that pay out in 5 years.
It’s amazing how reading a single book can literally change your life.

Life-changing approach to investing for all levels
As someone new to the investment world, I had been looking for an organized framework to shape my investment strategy (and time management) around. I found all this and more in Justin's book! Justin laid out a principled method for investing in such an approachable way that it gave me the confidence to jump in. I am grateful to Justin for sharing not only his tricks of the trade, but his family-first philosophy that is the foundation for why he does what he does. What a blessing!

Stop letting someone else handle or advise you on money matters until you finish this book
Just so much philosophic and practical wisdom articulated around financial matters that does not get discussed elsewhere. I want my kids, my family, and my clients to read and learn from this book and now after going through it a third time, I’m sending this to a bunch of folks in my world. Enjoy!
