Publisher's summary

Get the first three books in one collection by USA Today best-selling author Mike Ryan.

The Extractor:

When governments won’t help, when the police are out of leads, and when people are out of answers, there’s only one man left they can turn to. The Extractor.

Luke Bridge is a former CIA agent and his clients' current last hope. Whether the job is a rescue mission, finding a kidnapped victim, or returning stolen property, he’s got the skills to get the job done. He restores hope to a hopeless situation.

Past Dead:

Bridge and Nicole are hired to find five million dollars worth of missing diamonds. Their search for the missing diamonds take them to Los Angeles, Brazil, and finally Puerto Rico and puts them in direct conflict with a major drug operation, the leader of which is suspected of stealing the jewels.

But all is not what it seems, and after coming up empty in their search, Bridge and Nicole have to pivot with their suspects. Maybe the thief has been much closer to them all along.

Pressure Point:

Bridge and Nicole take up the case of a missing woman. After getting hired by the woman’s sister, Bridge and Nicole quickly determine this is not just another missing persons case. There are a number of women who have disappeared in similar circumstances.

As they investigate, they follow the trail to Europe, where they mix it up with an international sex trafficking ring and find more than they bargained for. Will they find the woman they’re looking for? Or, will they be too late?

True to hard

Stories are good the writer tries to hard with all the banter back and forth between characters. Way over board. Also not sure who the writer is trying to make the main person on the book, confusing characters at times. Over all worth the read.

Not recommended.

Not my favorite. Too much silly chatter makes this story sound contrived, argumentative. I normally really like M. Ryan but not this series.

Don't buy it!

It was really hard to finish this collection. The banter between the two main characters is absolutely ridiculous! I wanted to scream at them and get them to shut up. The woman, Nicole, is so irritating you just want to slap her. The only good thing about this was the narrator. He did a good job with a ridiculous story.

Just a little corny

Not a bad series but the first 2 were a little different. Last book of the series was better. See how the next 3 are.

Goofy drawn out dialogue

Very disappointing. I enjoyed The Silencer series from this author. This series is filled with repetitive, goofy dialogue that makes the books twice as long as they should be.

Totally ridiculous

Never has a character with supposed ex-military and ex-CIA credentials acted so stupid so often. I couldn’t get through it because the character’s idiocy made me so angry. The author obviously hasn’t even read novels about black ops and independent contractors, or anything else remotely tactical.

The narator did an excellent job.

Not worth the $2.38 or a fraction of that!

Got the series on sale and I suffered thru the 1st book with the hope that the 2nd book would be better. 3 chapters in I removed it from my device. Don't waste your money even if it's on sale for 1 cent.

Terribly Disappointing

Purchased this as we really liked Ryan's "Silencer" series, but what a disappointment. After 20 chapters in the first book, we gave up. A mildly interesting plot line was over shadowed by hours of relentless and very immature bickering and bantering between the two lead characters.
