Great book with powerful inspiration...I would say this is a must read book to start off the year. It explains how to maximize your teams productivity, which can lead to high profits. There are a lot of books out there but this particular one is just so different,easy to understand with reasonable information about team management/team building

Foster a positive work environment

We all spend so much time at work. We spend more time at work than we do with our family or just relaxing and doing things that we want to do. So I really want to do what I can to make work a positive place. I like the tips this author gave on pitfalls to look out for. Some of them I had not thought of before, so I’m glad to now be more aware and more prepared to foster a great team environment.
