Splendid follow up the Candidate

You’re always in for a treat when Lori Prince and Tracey Richardson are matched up. Sad about what happened to one of my favorites characters but seeing the good that happens for Jane, makes it bearable. Highly recommend this audio.

Relationship between Alex and Jane

Loved having four lesbians’ involvement with each other in a political environment. Gave me hope that a lesbian couple might one day be President and First Lady. The interactions between the women was also well done.

Fun listen

I really enjoyed the continuing adventures of Jane and Alex as they continue on their quest ! Great writing and great narration!

Loved the complex weave of love

Great story and so much drama and of course political shenanigans that combined to make a wonderful listen!!
Many good scenes included that just add to the story… if you catch my drift.
Narrator was good also.

Better than the first part

This one was better than the first one, and usually it is the way around. So I am glad I got it. It was less political, and more of a story. and Lori Prince did an excellent job as usually.

Another great one

I didn’t want it to end. Even though there was a character I was very sad about and even had tears for, but I won’t spoil it, you have to listen to it. I wanted the story to continue! And Lori Prince is just amazing. You don’t have to guess who is talking because of how she uses different tones for each character. She is literally, and Abby Craden, my favorite narrator!! I hope there is a 3rd book coming.

A Political Romance

Vice President Jane Kincaid is gearing up for the reelection campaign. Her wife Alex is a Secret Service agent and her life line. Balancing love and happiness in a political arena is not easy especially for a lesbian and a person of integrity. Political intrigue and romance between characters. Great narration. Recommend.

Such an amazing follow up!

I loved the first book so much and the fact that I got to see this story continue made my heart sing! This story did not disappoint. It made me laugh, cry and swoon! Amazing!

This was really good

This book took me a little bit to get through because I read reviews with people saying it was less politics but it actually was filled with politics mostly scandals but it turned me away a little but I’m glad I went back and finished listening to it. It has two couples who are in love and show some great sex scenes. Not to many though and our main characters don’t really have any they are just flirting with the subject. They ending was really good. The last few chapters were the best in my opinion so if you can get through the first part then I definitely recommend this book second in this series.

I absolutely loved this short series! I hope there is a 3rd. Lori Prince is one of my favorite narrators.
