Things are going great for Sutton Kay, or at least they were. Her yoga studio is doing well, she's living with her best friend, and she just got two kittens named Mocha and Cappuccino. Sure, she doesn't have a girlfriend, but her life is full and busy.

Then her building is sold, and the new landlord turns out to be the woman putting in a gym downstairs who doesn't seem to understand the concepts "courtesy" and "don't be rude to your tenants". Soon enough, they're spending time working out together and when the sweat starts flowing, the sparks start flying. How is it possible to be so attracted to a person you can barely stand?

But when someone from Tuesday's past shows up and Sutton sees a whole new side of Tuesday, will she change her mind about her grumpy landlord? Can she?

OMG!! SOOOO AMAZING!!

I loved it. I love listening to Lori Prince so I was looking for something she was narrating. I was NOT disappointed because the book was excellent. Lori brought the story to life as it was meant to be.

I loved this story. Well written with a sense of humor. Lori Prince had me laughing out loud with her narration. Highly recommend!

Whiney

Almost all the characters have whiney voices and it is very distracting. Haven't been able to finish the book but, still trying.

Yoga meets Crossfit

What a fun book. A yoga studio owner/instructor who swears like a sailor and eats anything but tofu. She's adorable as is the new owner of her building who is pretty fit...and cranky. Sparks fly, the attraction and repulsion kind, and we get to watch as things unfold. Lori Prince could read the phone book and kill it. She does not disappoint here.

best narration ever??

man i’m always delighted to hear a lori prince narration but this is a gem!! she emotes sooo well, it’s just the best. sutton is amazing and i loved charming asshole with a heart of gold tuesday.

Incomplete

As whole, did like the book! Hands down Lori Prince always does an amazing job. The binary them/they was so confusing in the beginning but once I got use to it, it was all good!!!
But seriously, it jumped from dating to the ending in an instant. It’s like the writer just got bored in the details and just wanted to end it! I was so enjoying it and boom it just concluded. I was in a whirlwind for a moment! Too bad, the story was good but would have had a greater result. Still worth listening to though!!

very good read I definitely felt like it should have more or a second book. I wanted to learn more about Tuesday's past and z's new boyfriend!

Enemies to lovers hotness…

This was a sapphic enemies to lovers romance between the owner of a Yoga Studio and the owner of a CrossFit gym. Great banter throughout and the perfect amount of sexual tension. Lori Prince narrated perfectly as always.

Yoga Meets CrossFit…

A little bit older story from the wonderful Chelsea M Cameron and an awesome story as I’ve come to expect from them! The annoyance in the beginning is palpable and realistic, annoyance and attraction. The MCs reluctantly start communicating beyond the barbs and anger and slowly realize there’s actually quite the connection between them, starting with amazing chemistry. If you like this author or want to read a new author, definitely give this a try!!

Great story

. I’ve listened to this story multiple times now. One thing I like about it Is there isn’t a whole lot of drama. Sweet story with a happy ending.
