Very Helpful!!

I found this book very informative and helpful. I guess the other reviewers have anxiety and couldn't see the beauty of this presentation of practical tips and insights.

Love the book but the narrator is not so great

This book is helpful, but why must the narrator sound so robotic? It really bothers me that she says "expecially" for especially throughout the.entire.book. EEek!!! bothers me so bad. Otherwise, helpful information. :)

Life-Changing Reference Guide

I have had this book for several years and have listened to it numerous times. It is so full of information that I find myself returning to it again and again, learning tons of new stuff every time. I am a clinical social worker and our tendency is to look to psychiatrists to prescribe medications to deal with anxiety and depression but when these medications didn't work for my family, I found myself looking for something else. I found answers in this book! I'm in awe that affordable, accessible supplements, in addition to smart lifestyle choices, can and have made such an incredible difference in all of our lives. It's so empowering to be able to do so much to improve our own lives. I'm so grateful to Trudy for writing this book and sharing her depth of insight and knowledge. (My only complaint is that the questionnaires and some of the more technical information are not offered as a downloadable pdf.)

Not worth the time or money

The information provided is mostly based on old research, subjective research, and myth so old it's accepted as truth. Some of the nutritional information is decent but then there's a lot that just isn't. The narrator has a few quirky ways of pronouncing things and her voice is a little annoying to listen to. I'm sure she's a wonderful person but still difficult to listen to long periods of time.

Incredible BS.

Shallow, pseudo scientific book. Poor research and alle kind of unlogical conclusions and assumptions.
