Stress Test, anyone?

Clinger refers to this as an essay, and that is exactly what it is; it would be a huge help to a student who is doing an assignment to listen to this synopsis on stress. He details what stress is, its causes, and then how to reduce it. It gets on the highway and drives right to its destination without a detour or pit stop. It does not sidetrack itself with extraneous medical conditions.

Pyles does an excellent job narrating thei piece.
