Very straight forward and useful.

helpful information

they really had good information, a lot was basic but if you put it into practice he could definitely help change your mindset. at times it became a little redundant but I understand the process of changing old habits. will definitely help you make changes

Good book for people with negative thinking issue.

An excellent book to begin your stress relief program, I liked the part of the book about letting go and used it many times when my disagreeable sensations started to kick in and helped me deal with it.

Positive Book for Negative Thinker
