I’m really liking the slice of life aspects in this genre these days, that being said this book still has action and unique take on the reincarnation trope

Awesome story but….

Love the story love the narrator but definitely need a male narrator for the doctor and the dragon voice at the very least, because coming from this narrator, it just does not sound right otherwise, this book gets five stars and I cannot wait to listen to book 2

Different experience.

This is definitely a new take on hero wakes up it strange land. Waking up and finding yourself with an extra spirit attached to yourself, giving you incredible abilities and new aspects to your personality.

The harem is a nice side piece that keeps the story going. overall, a nice balance of slice of life and Dark Knight MC.

wonderful story for a slice of life' however!!

i loved the overall story. i LOVED the characters and their back and forth funny behavior... Brock does have his moments though(that seem to be more of an anime troupe thing) every once in awhile he is just ignorant and dumb...... but the last half chapter of the story proves he is an idiot (when it comes to his loved ones) that is disappointing to say the least. i like the world i like the characters alot. so im saying this to the author (I'm a shit writer) but Brocks behavior at the very end was just wrong. that is not how that should have gone. it shouldn't have gone the other way the high elf wanted either! but there should have been much more dialog and understanding and caring from him.... not instant yelling in her face. it made me think for the second time that he didn't really deserve the leagues at all. he couldn't wait one day any person who know about science would have waited 1 more day instead of risking everything. The solution to that problem was obvious instantly but he was an ignorant moron. I'm still reading the rest of the series and every other book you have written bc i like the world's you built. that doesn't change. but i really don't like brocks intelligence sometimes

Okay first wow Alyssa poon did a fantastic job and i believe this is her firt solo audiobook and she totally killed it. and i really enjoyed the story. no big bad at the end of the road just the MC trying to save people and make a difference and the cast of ladies was really good , the only thing that made me roll my eyes was the pinky situation because i saw it coming as soon as mamba starts living with them

my terrible review

Alright, so this story is about Brock from pokemon. he gets reincarnated into a space city and has to adjust to living there. The author claims he got fused with a solar dragon or something, but I'm pretty sure Brock from pokemon could already do all that. He is given to one of those my little ponys as a pet, but one of the ones from the internet and quickly catches his first pokemon. I'm pretty sure the pokemon is also one of the ones from the internet. Then he goes around fighting crime as they do in most pokemon episodes.

The writing honestly flags a bit in the beginning but does get better as the book goes on. The narrator does a great job with the story and the R rated bits aren't overwhelming. It's worth the read if you're looking for something light.

Great work all around

Definitely a slice of life harem with a side of adventure. The characters are fun as all get out. The negative thing i have to say is that I wish book 2 was available. I could use a little more Blossom..lol

Excellent solo narration

I was a bit surprised to see Alyssa Poon doing a book by herself but was very happy with the results. She has good range and does a surprisingly good male voice. this is absolutely preferred for my naughty harem books

A pretty good listen, Alyssa Poon did an absolutely fanatic job in this slice of life style story.
