Publisher's summary

Self-esteem is a complicated beast. After all, if you don’t have it then it can be difficult to build it up from scratch. Difficult doesn’t mean impossible, however, and if you are willing to put in the effort to improve your life then Self-Esteem for Women: Stop Hurting Yourself and Become the Real You! can give you the tools you need to change yourself for the better.

Self-esteem is a multifaceted feeling which is why you will find in this book various different ways you can work to build your self-esteem to new heights, starting by learning to love yourself. Next you will learn about all the benefits that come along with a high level of emotional intelligence as well as several exercises to help you improve your own. With this done, it will time to tackle improving your mindset once and for all so that you don’t end up back in the same place again later down the line.

When it comes to reasons that prevent women from having the level of self-esteem that they deserve, a surprisingly diverse number of them all have the same root cause. Specifically, the person in question doesn’t really love themselves and that fact is manifesting itself in a way (or numerous ways) that those around them are likely to pick up on even if they aren’t automatically aware of it.

What this means, is the first thing you are going to need to do if you hope to improve your self-esteem is to take a long hard look at yourself for the purpose of cataloging your flaws. If there are some that you are comfortable keeping around, or otherwise can’t get rid of, then you need to learn to accept them, otherwise, it is time to clean house and start working on becoming the best version of yourself that you can be.

Regardless of the reasons you may have lost your self-esteem, now is the time to put them in the past, and start living for the future. So, what are you waiting for? Start building your self-esteem right now, and buy this book today!

your self esteem will improve.

This is one of the few books on self esteem that covers the inner critic and the outer critic. If all you ever do is reduce the criticism in your life, your self esteem will improve.

As an added bonus, the book also covers risk assessment, and how to identify blockages that prevent you from fully analyzing the risk of any given choice or situation. This is almost more important than self esteem, as the right choices will always lead you to prosperity, and the wrong choices will always lead you to lack. The ability to clearly see the risk associated with any given choice is immense.

Amazing Self-Help Book

This is an amazing book. I highly recommend it, whether you are a counselor or just a regular person. Even if you don't have low self esteem, you can benefit from the book because it can help you increase or maintain your self esteem, either for you or your children. There is a lot of good advice, as well as lots of good exercises to do.

Some self-help books are not good; however, this book is certainly good and helpful. So if you are looking for a good, active book on this subject, I do highly recommend this one.

Easy to follow!

I experienced alot of frustration when I initially attempted to deal with my low self-esteem and social anxiety. But after listening this book with A Practitioner's Guide I realized that a huge part of what was preventing my progress was beating myself up with negative thoughts, linked to negative beliefs, which would then cause depression. Once I learned how we internalize the critical and punitive messages that we receive, verbal or otherwise,as children from significant others,i.e.parents, teachers, siblings, etc., and how to deal with those voices I was able to begin making progress. The key is to realize that the negativity and the negative self-talk are your parents, or other significant childhood figures, talking. Once you realize this you can talk back,i.e. in imagery, letters, empty-chair, etc. to those figures and tell them what they have cost you and to shut the F@#$-Up. Only then was I able to make progress.
