Zen Golf offers a fresh perspective for golf and for life. Rather than focus on what's wrong with us (what's broken, flawed, or missing) we can take the attitude that there is something fundamentally, essentially right with us. Through mindful awareness, distractions and negativity can be recognized and cleared away.

Clear, concise, and enlightening, Zen Golf introduces a unique combination of modern psychology, Buddhist wisdom, and professional golf instruction. By applying classic insights and stories to the challenges of golf, Zen Golf shows you how to make your mind an ally instead of an enemy: how to stay calm, clear the interference that leads to poor shots, and eliminate bad habits and mental mistakes. Zen Golf shapes ancient philosophies into new teachings, leading golfers to the effortless focus and unconditional confidence of being in "the zone."

    "ZEN GOLF"

If nothing else, this audio will put in a better state of mind, for awhile anyway. The problem is the fast pace of life we all lead makes it necessary to review this audible from time to time, i suggest you note the sections which really help or impress you the most and replay them over and over, as i have done and it really becomes imbedded into your psyche, and thats a good thing.

    "Zen Golf Great"

This book hit the nail on the head as far as golf's "head" game! I could see myself in every example that was given. I hope to put the mental exercises into good play.

    "Most difficult distance?!"

Listening to Zen Golf really helped me play greater Golf. You know what they say "the most difficult distance in Golf is the distance between your Ears". Well this Book makes this Distance less difficult and therefore the game of golf even more enjoyable. I listen to the audiobook regularly and managed to lower my handicap from 13.8 to 12.0 and working on it to lower it even more very soon.

More important than my better scores, I am now actually enjoying my golf. This will stay on my mp3 and replayed again and again

    "Great Info but..."

..prepare for your mental game to be a little out of whack the fist few rounds you play after this book is done. If your mental game is fine, dont touch.
