I look forward to doing this practice many more times. he gives this ancient practice a psychological twist which, I feel, will be very helpful in daily life. he has a lovely voice too, clear and engaging, kind and calm, instilling confidence and trust.
I live this meditation and have made it a part of my daily practice. The instructions are easy to follow and the Narain is very soothing.
