Great for some
If your idea of life and soul and being and self are up to a rethink, including your concept of God big or little "g". If you wonder who exactly is listening to the chatter in your head. Well maybe this may be the crowbar needed to crack open your pre-conceptions of all of these. I am no sage or guru or yogi but I do wonder about how I think. If you read and loved "Autobiography of a Yogi" by Paramhansa Yogananda as I did (the only book on Steve Jobs computer at the time of his passing} then for sure get this book. This may just be the key to a change of mindset that gives you true joy..;

We spend too much time worrying. this book helps you see that we don't need to, and shows you how to let go of that worry. it helps you become happier. give great metaphors for what troubles us, examples that even laymen can understand. it touches on important spiritual concepts that we should all live by.
