Now after years of restless nights I can sleep. Not only can I sleep but I wake up in a happy state and feel calm and serene and It carries me through my day. My husband is away and he has noticed a difference just talking to me on the phone. Best of all I feel at peace. I used to feel like the hamster on the wheel. Love what it does to help me sleep and yes, I'm much more calm during the day... But why why why would it end with a louder voice about what I've just listened too? It wakes me up from a deep sleep. Very annoying!!! Also... I find myself straining to hear the serene background, but if I turn it up one notch, then I feel her voice is a little to loud while trying to get into a relaxed state of mind.
I like listening to Deepak Chopra when going to bed, but came across this and figured I'd try it out. First night was awesome! I found myself having a deep, relaxing sleep. I'm anxious to see how I feel throughout today
