A most peaceful transition to sleep
I have recently become quite addicted to sleep meditations. For a change, I decided to leave my usual YouTube random discoveries and dive into this breathing meditation audiobook. Within minutes, the music combined with the narrator’s voice had me in a trance. I am really enjoying this one and actually look forward to going to bed, knowing that I will undoubtedly succumb to a deep and peaceful slumber.

Very Relaxing
It took me a while to listen to this short book, I kept falling asleep before it ends, so goal achieved! The instructions are clear, the background music is perfect and the narrator’s voice is very soothing.

Passed right out.
I often have a very hard time getting myself to sleep. My mind is always rushing from the events of the day and what I have to get done tomorrow. I often have to have the TV on to numb my mind enough which drives my wife nuts.
With this book, it had us both out cold in minutes.
There really should be a warning on the cover... **DO NOT USE WHILE OPERATING HEAVY MACHINERY**

If you sleep well, you'll have a great day!
Sleep is really important for our health and productivity, but unfortunately most people do not get good quality nor quantity of sleep. Do these breathing exercises everyday before bedtime to get a good quality sleep, you'll feel so much better the next morning.

Excellent
This guided breathing meditation does exactly what I need it to do—help me focus on my breath and nothing else. I like that the author/reader pauses at the end of each small section. I think those spaces of no talking help me fall asleep.

It works!!
Seriously all you have to do is turn this bad boy on and you will fall asleep, no doubt. I am a super anxious person so it's very hard for me to fall asleep at night. But the soothing music, the guided breathing, everything helps me calm down for bed. Highly recommend!

Out cold in minutes
I have always benefited from ASMR and meditation guide books for assisting me in falling asleep. These exercises feel natural and easy to follow, letting the mind wander and takes away a lot of stress super quick! I put it on, just to listen for a minute before I got ready for bed...woke up 2 hours later still sitting in my office chair.
I can only imagine that it is not safe while driving! :P

They worked!
These are great exercises to go through just before sleep. They helped me calm down and stop thinking about all the craziness of the day and relax so my body would allow me to go to sleep.
