I was a bit skeptical at first. After the quality of sleep I received the first night, I was hooked (even if the the affirmations didn't work).
It was been a week since I have been using this product. I feel such a sense of inner peace! Yesterday I started some of my negative self talk about why I wasn't a good as others in a particular area of life. As I started down the road of self loathing, another voice in my head quickly defended me. I was telling myself that I was perfect just the way I was.
In the past, this could and very possibly would have caused severe anxiety and lead into a day of extreme depression. That did not happen. I immediately ended the negative self talk and felt compassion for myself. This lead to me completing chores around the house and feeling proud of what I had accomplished.
