not useful for sleep
it claims to be 10 hours of waterfall and other sound effects for sleeping, and when I started it I fell asleep soon. However after 1 hour the waterfall sound stopped and a voice announced the next chapter, which woke me up. It may have 10 hours of sound , but divided up into 10 chapters with silence and then a loud announcement doesn't help me sleep at all.
