    Excellent and Useful

    This series of lectures was a wonderful introduction to meditation for me. I think my understanding of what one can aim for was greatly expanded. I enjoyed her clarity, her lightness and humor and will listen to it more than a few times. Personally, I had no problem with the sound... in fact, it felt good to hear the resonance of the room which made me feel like I was there as well.

    Intro to Meditation

    A great introduction to meditation. I love all Pema Chodron's recordings and insightful books. She is gentle, kind and wise. Humor works to lighten the mood and move the listener effortlessly through the instruction. The recording gives the feeling of being in a live retreat or class setting. Highly recommended.

    Poor audio quality.

    It sounds like it was recorded from across the room with a very amateur microphone. It's hard to hear what she is saying and pay attention, let alone relax and focus. Too bad.

    Excellent listen!

    I felt positive results from the exercises before I even finished the book. it was easy to understand, and Pema's voice was very soothing and relaxing, not to mention she is very humorous and personable. I enjoyed the book so much i even went and bought another of her books in paperback. I would recommend it to any one who is interested in learning to meditate or simply destress and relax.

    Great guidance

    I am not sir how closely this follows the text, but it is about 60% guided meditations and the rest is very helpful guidance on right views

    Such gentleness

    I was recently introduced to Pema and have been thoroughly enjoying her teachings. I especially loved this guidance on meditation, and followed the last half of the last track repeatedly.

    Fruitful.

    Hard processed, but fruitful. A good guide. I sometimes meditated without audio, and sometimes gets back to get instructions.

    Every week just brought great concepts to meditation. If done on a weekly basis, it definitely brings a new perspective every week. Easy to understand and work with. I decided to bookmark all guided meditations to easily access
