    "Very Impressive Guided Meditation Session"
    What made the experience of listening to Guided Meditation for Living in the Moment the most enjoyable?

    It was very easy to feel relaxed and calm while listening to this guided meditation session. I very quickly felt my body at ease and my mind coming back to the present moment. I am not that easy to calm, so it's great when I find something that does the trick.


    What about L. B. Rose’s performance did you like?

    Her voice is very soothing and calm. Perfect for this audiobook.


    Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    Yes, it is designed to listen to in one sitting. The meditation session lasts about an hour, so make sure you have one hour to relax all to yourself before you begin living in the present moment. :)
