fell asleep right away! just lower down volume.

I didn't have high expectations because of the reviews but I was really desperate to sleep. Although I am tired, I kept thinking about a lot of things so I mostly couldn't sleep right away. I listened to this book and fell asleep right away. I just had to lower down the volume at first.I felt good when I woke up. I will use it every night. Thank you!

Works in less than a week...

As with most human behavior, the key to successful change lies in changing the way one thinks. With "Deep Sleep Every Night" I have been able to 1) start going to bed earlier (and feeling good about it); 2) sleep through the night without waking; and 3) start remembering my dreams again. The hyponsis is more like guided mediation, and the instructions and suggestions are ethical and "as advertised." The affect of the hyponsis is to allow "new" thinking to replace ineffectual ideas and self-talk. The information leads to ideas which lead to emotions which lead to beliefs and moves from unconscious to conscious with the behavior change. As with any successful behavior change, the nightly effectiveness and long-term success are entirely up to me. I anticipate that in three weeks I will only need to listen to this on nights of heavy stress. I was a little disappointed with the audio quality, but I have not had a chance to listen to it on headphones as suggested, which I suspect would be even more powerful. I have already started listening to another of his titles and will be buying at least two more within the month.

Very Effective

Listening to this at bedtime truly helps me relax in a short period of time and I find myself falling asleep before I know it. Previously I rarely remembered my dreams, yet since using this tape I have much stronger recall of my dreams when I wake up. I recommend "Deep Sleep Every Night" highly.

Life changing

I fall asleep in less than 20 minutes every. Single. Night. Period. Can't recommend this enough. I try to go to bed and get up around the same time every day, try to avoid screen time or eating at night, and those things definitely help but this sealed the deal. I'm also sleeping better at night I can tell because I'm not waking up and I'm not tired in the morning

Knocks me out cold

It does the trick. No more ambien or valium necessary. I don't know how it ends because I am out about 10 minutes into the program. He could be subliminally selling me lawnmowers for all I know after that. But whatever, I am sleeping like a baby.

It also helps to train mindfulness and the ability to deeply focus. Highly recommend

**Beware that there are some grammatical errors, not horrible, but they are enough to shake me awake. However, not for long.

Great Audio recording. I have been listening to hypnosis for a while. I find myself coming back to this recording specifically. In comparison to others I've tried, this one seems more pleasant. i find myself following along, relaxing and falling asleep quickly.

My body was relaxed and felt heavy as a log

The narrators voice is very relaxing. By the end of the first chapter I was feeling very relaxed and by body was heavy like a log but not yet asleep. I was too worried that I would ruin my headphones if I fell asleep with them on.

Also, I've been taking over the counter sleeping pills for the past two weeks and decided that I wanted to stop taking them and instead opted to try hypnosis. This could have been a factor in why I didn't fall asleep.

I downloaded the book to my Android phone via Audible's app and the annoying "This has been an Audible presentation" at the end of the book never played. So that was a pleasant surprise.
