You will be intrigued at some of the real-life experiences upon which Steve has based his techniques: from Arnold Schwarzenegger, who told the author in 1976 that he was going to be the number-one box office star in Hollywood (at the time, Arnold was only a body builder with a heavy Austrian accent), to Leonard Nimoy, whose life was reshaped through the rational, logical thought of Spock, the character he played on Star Trek.
100 Ways to Motivate Yourself is filled with proven methods for changing the way you think and developing self-creation. Steve draws on the feedback he's received from corporate and public seminar students to ensure that his methods work.

For being read by the author the performance was very lackluster and uninspired. However the material is worthwhile.
These are valid things I can do to improve my life, easy and practical. I'm glad to listen to this book once in awhile. Maybe I will actually do some of them.
This book needs to have a pdf file with the 100 ways. The book is to short and most of the ways to motivate yourself are nothing new. How about 100 ways to make money: buy low sell high. hahahahaha
easy ideas to use right away, would have really liked unabridged - lots of great points
though he has some great ideas his presentation is very monotonous, if you can get passed that then this is a good quick listen
Very practical, hands-on book that I go back again and again when I hit a wall.
The author reads his own work and has a great voice.
I've read a couple of others, this one is my favorite.
too many usable tips to just choose one!
I would absolutely recommend this audiobook to anyone. I've listened to it twice already and will listen to it a lot more. Every one of the "100 ways" is red meat for success.
Every bit of it is true and should be taken very seriously if one intends to move forward.
Steve did a great job.
One that keeps sticking with me is the 4 circles which keeps you on track for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
There are a few motivation ideas that I had not heard of but most are tired old cliches. Perhaps I have read too many self help books...The narration will kill you.
