You’re not shy; rather, you appreciate the joys of quiet. You’re not antisocial; instead, you enjoy recharging through time alone. You’re not unfriendly, but you do find more meaning in one-on-one connections than large gatherings.

“In this thought-provoking treatise on the quieter types, Dembling, the blogger behind Psychology Today’s 'The Introvert’s Corner', proposes a wholesale rethinking of what it means to be an introvert…. Dembling’s account is refreshingly candid and straightforward - 'I am an introvert,' she writes, 'And there’s not a damn thing wrong with me.'" (Publishers Weekly)
I really enjoyed this audiobook. If you are introverted or know someone who is this book is a key to understand there unique perspective and personality.
My reading interests include business and organizational psychology books. In addition, I like mystery.
I was totally unimpressed with this book. I found the book to be filled with fluff. If you want to read a real book about introverts, purchase the book quiet. The book Quoet has a lot more substance to it relative to those folks who are introverts vs other behavioral styles. The narrator sounds like she's about 18 years old and I found it hard to digest taking advice from her.
