Audie Award Nominee, Romance, 2013

Eveline Armstrong is fiercely loved and protected by her powerful clan, but outsiders consider her "touched." Beautiful, fey, with a level, intent gaze, she doesn't speak. No one, not even her family, knows that she cannot hear. Content with her life of seclusion, Eveline has taught herself to read lips and allows the outside world to view her as daft. But when an arranged marriage into a rival clan makes Graeme Montgomery her husband, Eveline accepts her duty -unprepared for the delights to come. Graeme is a rugged warrior with a voice so deep and powerful that his new bride can hear it, and hands and kisses so tender and skilled that he stirs her deepest passions. Graeme is intrigued by the mysterious Eveline, whose silent lips are ripe with temptation and whose bright, intelligent eyes can see into his soul. As intimacy deepens, he learns her secret. But when clan rivalries and dark deeds threaten the wife he has only begun to cherish, the Scottish warrior will move heaven and earth to save the woman who has awakened his heart to the beautiful song of a rare and magical love.

Adorable .

I'm a sucker for love, even if one brings a sword to the party.

What a love story!

When you have so much against you, so much hate only love can help bridge peace. She brings such innocence that the laird stood no chance. I really enjoyed this story and the narrator did an excellent job to give each character it's own identity.

A heroine with brains and bravery...

If you could sum up Never Seduce a Scot in three words, what would they be?

Sweet, tender, heartwarming

What did you like best about this story?

That in the end, the two clans overcome their animosity because they have found a common cause worth fighting for.

What about Kirsten Potter’s performance did you like?

That she didn't overdo it in trying a Scottish accent.

Loved every second of it didn't want it to end!!!

What did you love best about Never Seduce a Scot?

The fact that the heroin, having a disability has a chance at love; that she is very loved by her family and how the hero takes the time to get to know about her.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Never Seduce a Scot?

When the heroin first meets her betrothed and becomes very intrigued by him.

Have you listened to any of Kirsten Potter’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is the first KP performance for me, but I thought she did very well!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This book drew me in from the start; I'm not much of a crier but I did experience strong emotions.

Any additional comments?

PLEASE BRING BACK THE THREE BOOK HIGHLAND EVER AFTER!!!!

Sweet love story!

This has one of the best heroes. He’s protective, caring and didn’t allow hatred to affect his treatment of the heroine, even though she comes from his enemy clan. The heroine was also one of the sweetest. She did not judge and worked desperately to gain favor of her new clan despite her challenges. It’s a soft love story in the middle of two hardened clans hatred.

Great book

I haven’t listened to many good books lately. This is really good. I liked both characters. I sped it to 1.1 because the narration is slow.

I never get tired of the Armstrongs & Montgomerys

I have listened to this collection at least five times and I never get tired of these two families. There is family rivalry, big honorable men, a villain and of course saucy romance 😉. To me a book is great if you feel happy, smile and laugh, feel angry , feel aroused, and feel like your going to cry, this collection did it for me! Also the author and narrator both have to create a clear detailed picture in your head, this narrator did a good job of portraying the different characters, her voice is lovely. I would say its worth the credit or the $ for this romance novel. ~Enjoy

Riveting and Romantic

Great from start to finish. Emotionally charged and descriptive. Left me wanting more from the two families.
