The story of a woman who always gets what she wants by number-one New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Maya Banks

Tycoon Theron Anetakis had only one problem - and she just walked through his door. With his business takeover complete, he'd intended to arrange a marriage for himself to further secure his future. However....

Little Isabella Caplan had blossomed into a voluptuous vixen with plans of her own, and they didn't include letting the executor of her father's estate arrange a marriage for her to another man! She had pined for Theron long enough. Now it was time to seduce her hot-blooded hotel tycoon and bring him to one bended knee.

Love Ruled! 👌

Well written book! There wasn't anything about this that I didn't enjoy. The narration was great 👍! Bella fell in love with Theron when she was a teen. She grew up and that's when it got interesting. So good I'm going back for a redo.

Good mild romance

This story was one I had previously read in book form and the audiobook version was pretty well done, except I found it a little hard to relate to. Sometimes the date of the books actual publishing made this story a little dated, but it was enjoyable. Narration was well, done.

A Wonderful Love Story

Young love may have put Bella in a position where she is the bad guy breaking up a couple. An exciting romantic love story for another brother. The narrator really is good and the story just grabs you.

Nice continuation of the series.

I have to give props to Isabella as a woman who knows what she wants and goes after it with everything she has. Having loved Theron her entire life, she uses what she has to get him, all while being a kind, thoughtful woman. I enjoyed the story and the reader did a good job of reading this third person POV.

Bad Narrator

At least for this story. Narrator's voice was toooooo gruff. I did like the story. But just didn't care for narrators uses of her voice for female and male characters.

The Bride!

One night of intense passion leads to so much more. Piers and Willow are so great together. He gets spooked and messes things up. She is in a desperate situation and must reach out for help. Unfortunately, he is the last person she wants to go to. Touching story of second chances and learning to trust.

I love the over the top love stories.

I am loving this series. So unrealistic but that is the beauty. Takes you away from reality.

Cute, fun

Poor buttoned up hero comes totally undone, fighting the whole way. I liked this one better than some of Banks other Harlequin type stories. The hero isn't a complete jerk, and though the heroine is aggressive, she doesn't come across as desperate. The reader does a credible job, but there is not a ton of variation between characters.

What era are we in here??? Spoilers ahead

I'm not understanding why in the modern age a wealthy hotel owner a) is seeking to make a marriage alliance and b) has an adult ward. THEN, he also wants to marry an "innocent" woman. AND THEN when he takes Bella's virginity he feels he is stuck marrying her. This book could have easily taken place in 19th century England and made more sense.

I guess if you can get past that it's an okay book. Certainly not Maya Banks' best, but it's okay. I don't like how Bella blames herself for a lot of Theron's shortcomings. Eff that. Stand up for yourself, girl. He's a backwards thinking tool and you have your own money and an education. I guess I should know better with Maya Banks' books for this but I just keep hoping...

The narrator was okay but it doesn't make sense that only one of the brothers has an accent...
