Highly Captivating
This story really kept me hooked. Our main character, Amethyst/Jewel is a witch with dark powers. Throughout the book Amethyst meets a ruthless vampire king, who is intent on having her as his at all costs, even if she is not willing. She also meets Death himself and his companions, the Sins, this sexy man group also wants to keep Amethyst with them. What ensues is a tug a war full of deception that spans centuries. It was great. ….mmmmm is it weird at times I feel for Yakov, our resident vampire and even route for him at times. Meh 🤭 This does end on a cliffhanger but those never really bother me, I can’t wait for the second book.
