Learned a lot.

I didn't aware that hypnosis might help me lose weight, so I bought it out of curiosity. The self-esteem and confidence-boosting meditation techniques are quite intriguing, and I expect to succeed in my goals with the assistance of the existing physical workouts. I endorse it.

Interesting method!!

This strategy is intriguing and incorporates virtually daily activities. Sometimes it's best to inspire yourself with something in order to decompress. Overall, this book, which included affirmations, was only concerned with rapid weight loss.

Really very good!

The positive affirmations have been really helpful to me; I believe this has made a significant impact on my life. I used to be quite discouraged about dieting or exercising, but now I see how beneficial it is to my body, how it has made my life happier and more fulfilling, and how much more attractive I am becoming as a result of all the measurements
