Super Helpful

So helpful to keep the weight off

I’ve tried many diets but always have gained the weight back plus some but with this book I learned tips and tricks to keep the weight off for good. I especially liked the stuff on mindset and I’m confident that I’ll keep the weight off. Great book!

A Game Changer!

Great book for anyone who has tried to lose weight in the past and failed. The author does a great job showing you how to lose the excess weight and keep it off for good. If you have tried diets, fasting, exercise, and other products and have never been able to have long-lasting results, this book will give you hope and an easy-to-follow method to feel confident in your skin again. The narrator also has a great voice and excellent pacing - a joy to listen to.

Good Guide in Healthy Eating

I personally don't struggle with weight, but I'm not getting any younger. Getting up in age is never an easy process, but it is one that we all have to cope with. The best thing to do is to be resilient in any and all situations. There have been certain lifestyles and choices that I've had to give up in later life, or start moderating after I hit my 30s since I figured out more on what health problems are inherited on both sides of my family. This was a good guide to healthy eating and is sure to help one down the road should it be discovered sooner than later.

A great weight loss book to have in your library

So many great chapters and sections in this audiobook that it's hard to choose my favorite! Since sleep is such an important thing for me, I'd have to say the section in chapter 2 "sleep" would have to be my fav. Lots of good tips for managing and achieving a good night's sleep. This will be a good book to refer back to for years to come. I highly recommend this audiobook!

Thorough

This book covered all the topics that I needed refreshers on when it comes to keeping my food habits under control. I have been getting a little OCD about counting my calories and the chapter about Tracking was a great reminder that trying to accurately count my calories might not be the most effective way for me to go about weight loss.

Lots of information

I've always been one to struggle with my weight. I enjoy food and of course not always the healthiest of options. This was a good listen. There was a lot of helpful information in there and I will be implementing some of it in to my lifestyle.

The narrator did a good job and I thought the author knew her stuff and it was well researched.

A good resource for weight loss!

I got this for my relative and it will be very helpful! Often times people will eat food that may not be the best for their current weight situation and this book touches on switching your eating habits to achieve weight loss! Many practical tips here and the food addiction part is very insightful! The narration was done well so it is simple to absorb the information. Highly recommended! 5 stars!
