Very good and useful information

We will use the information in this book to collect rainwater. I was struck by the statement that humans are walking talking rain. Also, that rain is the only way to replenish the water on earth, and we can't afford to waste it. Very thorough directions on how to build rain collectors, and how to filter rainwater.

This book is perfect for grander projects and smaller scale.

If you have a working farm and looking to explore your water options and better ways to save and utilize Mother Nature’s gift this book is perfect for you. If you are looking to reserve water for personal household this book is still perfect for you. There’s no need to waste precious hours. Doing in-depth research when this book has done all that and more for you highly recommend!

More than just rain barrels

I am living off-grid in my fevered brain, but dang, it's a lot of work! I love the "romantic" vision of rain barrels, and maybe I can start there. I don't have the wherewithal to go full RWH, which you can do by following all the detailed instructions in this book, from collection devices to complying with local rules and regs. It was so exciting hearing about the history and current stories of massive projects worldwide. I especially appreciate all the information about filtering, given all the ick in the roof water. Gross.

Just what I was looking for!

Thank you so much, I have been trying to find this sort of thing for ages but other options kept missing things I thought should be included or explained better. I have looked into this myself and struggled to find a comprehensive example. This is well put, packed with information and not over burdening the listener. If you are looking to go off the grid a little, save some money or simply live off the land, this is the book for you. Definitely recommend.
