Are you plagued with worrisome thoughts of potential misfortunes that never happen?

If so, you're not alone...you may be part of 73 percent of adults worldwide who are grappling with the draining cycle of overthinking.

It's natural to have moments when you doubt yourself–whether it's what you said, did, or thought. After all, worrying and overthinking are inherently part of being human…they’re part of what helped early humans survive.

But dwelling on destructive thoughts can be a slippery slope…it can cause emotional distress, strain relationships, and impede the journey toward true happiness. Battling the oppressive monster of overthinking can be exhausting, but it is achievable with the right guidance and support.

With this book as your guide, you can traverse the treacherous terrain of overthinking and finally set yourself free. In this handbook, you will discover:

  • The factors that trigger overthinking–and how to identify and manage them in your own life
  • A self-care manual for mental, physical, and spiritual well-being
  • Strategies to rewire your thought patterns, implant positivity into your mind, and strengthen the core of your life and career
  • Nature-based activities that will nurture your body and your mind – some can be done outside while others are perfect for bringing a piece of paradise inside your home
  • A surefire way to achieving peace of mind–journaling prompts explicitly created to help clear your thoughts and bring you into the moment
  • Easy activities to help you break free from overthinking in seconds–be it at your office desk, at home, or on the go
  • The secret to better decision-making–how not to just think outside the box, but master it

Wouldn't it be nice if you could wave a magic wand and eliminate all the negative, draining thoughts living in your head?

It's high time to chase them away…and make room for more positivity.

Mental clarity improves everything!

Huge shoutout to L. M. Norton for her book, Overcome Overthinking. This book was a game-changer for me, seriously. It showed me how to challenge those sneaky false beliefs and gave me some solid strategies to get a grip on my thoughts. And let me tell you, the way Rachael Doolen narrates it? Super calming, makes everything just click. It's all laid out in plain speak, nothing too clinical. The part that really got me was the about taking action. It's not just about thinking postively and hoping life will change. Total perspective flip. I'm definitely going to be recommending this to my kids and friends who get caught in that overthinking trap—it's way too easy to sabotage yourself without even realizing it. If you're trying to clear the mental clutter and get some peace of mind, you've gotta check this book out.

WOW

This book helps you become more conscious of your ideas, which is crucial since it will make you use your mind more effectively. It assists you in identifying and labeling typical negative thought processes. It is helpful for being more upbeat and at ease and has sound logic and knowledge. If you are experiencing the symptoms of overthinking, this book can be quite beneficial. In addition to definitions and data, it offers techniques for controlling overthinking and promoting mental relaxation. You might attempt mantras and breathing exercises to help you relax. I would suggest this book to anybody who have trouble thinking too much.

Wow! What a great book. I’m actually listening to it a second time because I liked it that much. I love this book because it covered everything related to overthinking in a clear and straightforward manner. I especially appreciate that it covered the use of technology and how it can affect you. There’s so much detail and information in this book, so many great examples, and I loved all the practical and hands on tips and tricks for overcoming overthinking to replace negative thoughts with positive one and to manage stress. This is one of the best on the subject that I've read. Definitely a book to read again and again and gift to others -- I highly recommend!!

Get Over Over-Thinking

Norton's book is a lifeline for those who can't escape their own heads.

The way it's read out makes all of Norton's advice about stopping overthinking, creating good habits, and the coolness of mantras really pop.

This book is like having a mentor who's been through it all, giving advice to anyone who's interested in understanding their thoughts better or just naturally curious.
