Joey Coleman delivers again

Never Lose an Employee again makes the the connection between employee and customer engagement so clear. Of course I knew that, but now I understand it at such a deeper level.

There are so many ideas. I will implement more than a few, which will make our employee experience so much better.

It’s so good after listening to the first chapter I ordered the hard copy. Now I am going to go through both step by step implementing.

Joey never fails to deliver, in his 2nd “Never Loose Another” series!

I devoured Joey Coleman’s first book “Never Lose a Customer Again” and was delighted to listen to his former podcast “ Experience This!” until the end.
Appropriately the last book that Dan Gingiss and Joey Coleman talked about in their final episode, back in February (2023 for those reading this year's from now) was Joey’s upcoming book that was finally released “Never Lose an Employee Again”
And in line with his first book, he once again knocked it out of the park!
As with his first book, this one was also full of practical examples of the employee experience going through each phase of the employee’s journey with your company.
It broke each phase down into bite-sized and doable ways to enhance the potential employee’s experience -to get,and stay excited as they decide to join your company, get acclimated to how and why you do the things you do, and the corporate culture that they've decided to be a part of, all the way to being an excited, contributing member of the team and evolving to being an evangelist for your company.
The book gives you the point of view of someone who's considering joining your company and what might be going on in their mind, at each stage of their decision of Staying with you and the opportunities you provide to keep them growing, from the 1st day on the job, to possibly retirement with you.
The stories and examples of what other great companies have done, across all types of industries and various other parts of the world will give you ideas you've never would have considered and, if implemented in your company culture, could make you the company that the top talent in your field, will be chomping at the bit to work for!
