Tommy cares about the people working for him.
A lot of books are full of fluff with nothing useful. This book is all meat and potatoes. It’s full of useful information. Well worth the read. Also, it’s great to see that Tommy Mello really cares about his employees and making sure they succeed not just at work but in life as well.

Total no brainers put simply
Listening gave me a ton of duh moments to myself, realizing that the concepts can be implemented with real investment into my team. Tommy lays it out in simple terms to understand and inspire. I keep listening to the chapters over and over to truly soak it all in and since reading and implementing some concepts, I am already seeing results. I am not done yet, though, setting goals with my team, we are all inspired and working to inspire each other.

Great listen!
Tommy Mello proves why he has created a great business! Caring goes a long way with both employees and customers. When a company is built around caring, pared with exceptional service, it’s hard not to build a fantastic company. Written for home service businesses but applicable to all businesses. Informative and Inspirational
Full disclosure, I am an actual technician/salesman/installer for A1 Garage Door Service. I have met Tommy on several occasions and have received multiple interviews for my service to the company and they are broadcast to the entire crew to see afterwards. I've never had much motivation towards myself, but after a serious seminar from Andy Elliot one week and now listening to this book, I know the bar for my standards should ALWAYS be above me, constantly making me strive for success and ways to "better my best" as Tommy likes to say.
I am proud to work for this company and have always wanted to mold myself into someone bound for greatness. Lessons in this book will absolutely keep me on track, and I know I can lean on my team anytime to help. Brotherhood is paramount and it is shown every week by Tommy's motivational videos and speeches!
