My Dead World 3 made me cry.

My Dead World three was a good book. I enjoyed it , but it did make me cry. so if you’re not in the mood to cry you don’t want to listen to this all the way to the end.
I thought that the narrator did an all right job at times she seemed a little stunted but that was OK.

Excellent Series

I have listened or read lots of post apocalyptic zombie storylines and I like when I come across one that’s slightly different and doesn’t seem like a regurgitated plot this series is exactly that. Now I just have to wait for a book 4 to be put on audiobook.

Heart breaking

I will be honest here. I wish the books were longer. The series was quite quick. With the first book it drew me in quite fast. I wanted to strangle the main character throughout the entire series and that is because I am so used to the main characters in these type of books to be so strong and level headed that I expected the same. But the main character was a human. With emotions and bad decisions and well humans make lots of bad decisions. The amount of loss there was in this series was gut wrenching. I wanted to scream just stay at the cabin. The ending of this series made me cry. Bawl. I didn’t realize how invested i was. I wish it would have ended differently but it didn’t. Also, Katie is bad ass kid. Quirky but strong and a little scary at times.
I am looking forward to more books by this author and hopefully the books will be a bit longer.
Also, I love the narrator. Her voice was wonderful.

Extremely Good Book

One of the best and most touching apocalyptic books I've read. I enjoyed all 3 books

Great Series With A Twist

I'm half way into this book. I like that this story is different than typical zombie storylines. I like that the Main Female Character is fallible. I really don't like Lev. He's a weird guy. I'm hoping he doesn't end up with Nylander, or better yet, separates from the group.

Loved the story even though I am not a Zombie fan.

Loved the story haven’t cried so hard at a book in a long time. Still hate how the reader read the story. Sorry lady you do well except you made Lev sound like a robot not someone with an accent and it made me want to screen. Not every word needs to be enunciated that much. Over all a good book though.

I laughed and I cried, fab book and series

I didn’t know if this series would’ve my cup of tea, but I devoured all 3 books. Something about the way it’s written and narrated really draws you in. I felt like one of the family. Hence the tears each time a favourite character died. Will look for more from this author now.

Narrator was a little better than book2. Kept with the theme of the story.

Gripping

I just finished this book a minute ago. I listened to the entire series (3 books), and it's one of the most compelling series I have read/ heard in a long time. The last few chapters of the third book, though, brought me to tears. Maybe it was because I've recently experienced loss and it hit me hard. I can say not many books affect me that way. Kudos to the author for such a BELIEVABLE story. AND kudos to the narrator for making me want to wring Nyla's neck at times but also feel so much empathy and respect for her.

Awesome until...

My favorite character being Xed means I won't read the 4th book *but* I enjoyed the series up until this point. It's well written and consuming. I like every single character. Mostly. Wish the ending were different so I could look forward to another book. lol
