4.5 🌟- Another excellent romantic suspense

Bryson and Tinley
I know that I am going to enjoy a story when I can't put it down! This book was a cross between Criminal Minds and a love story! I was just as engrossed in finding the unsub as I was for the happily ever after.
I liked the character development and FINALLY a heroine who wasn't wishy washy about her feelings for our hero.
The narration was so good. I think my favorite Rose Dioro performance.
Of course, there were a couple of things that I had hoped for, but nothing that took away from the story.

A great series

This book is an excellent addition to the series! There are some parts that are difficult to hear about and get through but they really do add to the story so just stick with it.

Unstoppable and engaging!

Teddy Hamilton and Rose Dioro were Bryson and Tinley to a T! The emotions poured out of them with their narrating and kept me on the edge of my seat. The action-packed, suspenseful words of Kennedy Mitchell kept me engaged from start to finish and the performance of the narrators just added to it. This series is one of my faves by the author and Bryson and Tinley’s book just proves how much I adore this author’s writing. This was such an unstoppable audio.

A fabulous thriller

Tropes: single dad, best friends sister, long term crush, age gap

This is another winner by someone who is one of my favorite new authors. I'm in love with this series. Excellent story that held my attention from the first chapter with interesting characters. Steamy!

Fabulous narration. Rose Dioro was a great choice for Tinely.

Love this series

I love this series but my only thing would be the fact that the chapters are not in order and it throws you off. But if you read the book it is an amazing story!

Narration is distracting

I loved all the books in this series, but the female narrator in this book is distracting. She does great until it's time to read brysons parts. She makes him seriously sound Special Ed. and it really pulls me out of the book.

DNF. Heroine acts like a pouty teenager!

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt to the heroine because of her past trauma. But her behaviors and thought patterns are too much like an impulsive 15 year old! I would be fine with the age difference between the lead characters IF she seemed mature. Throw in the references to a "Daddy" fetish that occur outside sexual scenes and it crosses too far over my personal boundaries from hot alpha or consensual Dom/sub. Very disappointed as I really liked to loved the earlier books in the series.
