Good listen for little kids

This audiobook is great to share with kids, especially at night, to help them relax their minds and give them little life lessons in a calming way. When else will the young ones learn life lessons in a way that they can absorb during the busy hectic times of the day? The lessons are there to help teach the little ones to learn self-awareness, process their emotions, overcome worrying and become more confident with their life coping skills.

Powerful affirmations

Carter and English provide empowering affirmations that will act as a powerful fertilizer on the minds and mental health of our future generations. I think audiobooks like this are so imperative to engendering a sense of self-worth and purpose in our families. Recently, my son and I have been discussing metacognition (mindfulness) and becoming aware of his thoughts instead of immediately reacting to them. Playing this audio for him seems to be doing some powerful, positive work. 5/5
