Concepts from a secular perspective.

Life is hard... this will help!

Life is hard for everyone!! This short but practical book is really helpful!! I finally understand why someone would say "breathe" when they're trying to help me to stay calm. The mind is amazing and complicated, and this book will help you as the title says!

The Audio-book quality is very better!

Superb audio-book! I was always interested in wanted an audiobook to illustrate the lifestyle ins and outs. That's exactly what this audiobook did and I'm so excited to apply what I learned from this audio book to my daily life!

Wow amazing listen to the book

I have enjoyed listening to this book. It is organized well, listen to by an educated source and matches well with the mindfulness journey I have been on myself. I enjoy reading through the short practices when I have a few minutes and marking pages I know I will want to come back to.

I think this is the perfect beginner's meditation guide, and reference for the times one needs to get back to the simple basics of meditation. It's very comprehensive and simply well written.
